Andrew has worked across the real estate investment and development industry for 20 years. Prior to establishing Atrium ARE in 2009, Andrew worked with CBRE and Lloyds Banking Group’s non-retail portfolio, and also worked with DAMAC Properties raising equity into commercial real estate.

Previously Andrew worked for the Joyce Group in New Zealand delivering student accommodation developments to universities. Andrew’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, NZ, and attended the Officer Cadet School (OCS) in the New Zealand Army.

Matt has over 20 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Matt has completed around 100 M&A / capital raising transactions across UK, Europe, US, and Australia/NZ.

Prior to Atrium ARE, Matt was a Director for Jamieson Corporate Finance (JCF), a leading London-based corporate advisory firm focused on private company M&A and fundraisings in UK and Europe. Prior to JCF, Matt worked in M&A for UBS and Deloitte.

Qualifications include a Masters in Finance (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, New Zealand

Mike brings over 25 years of real estate and investment experience to Atrium ARE. Mike is the co-founder of London-based investment and asset management company, Oxygen Asset Management.

Mike has experience across all property sectors throughout the UK, having previously worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management as fund manager on a wide range of in-house portfolios, and also Capital and Regional as an asset manager.

Mike’s qualifications include a Masters in Property Valuation and Law from CASS Business School, London and a BA (Hons) from Sheffield University.
